Lydia M. Pope, Broker/Owner, has been dedicated to Real Estate since 1991. After completing her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), which is the highest form of designation in real estate, she has committed herself to working with buyers, sellers, and investors. Her personal quality and discipline, loyalty and perseverance, are expected from all E&D Sales Agents.
Ludie Smith- Property Field Manager has been with E&D Realty for over 17 years specializing in working with Landlords/Owners. He handles the outside field work which includes; meeting contractors, tenants, site inspections and visits, and on call duty.
Ronald Saddler- Property Field Agent has been with E&D Realty for over 40 years In both Real Estate and Building. He handles the outside field work which includes meeting contractors, tenants, site inspections and visits, and on call duty.
Donna Smith- Property Field Agent has been with E&D for over 5 years but has worked in the Property Management for over 15 years as a Property Manager in many senior and other buildings. Her experience on working with Building Codes and Understanding tenant/landlord policies and procedures and evictions.
